I skipped breakfast today and just had a light snack and 700ml (24ounces) of water instead. So I’ve hardly even had 150 calories so far and it’s now 12.30 – about time to make some grilled chicken with miso soup and some lowcal ramen noodles. Of course I’ll take of the skin to reduce the amount of calories. That way I’m sure to stay within my 1500 limit!
I’ve bought some fruit to snack on later and if I start feeling peckish then I can have some more miso soup or a cup of soup.
