Day 7 – calorie count 

Today was my first good day after battling my BED for a few days. I didn’t honestly think that I’d eaten under my calorie count, but as I summarized I discovered that I was almost 200 calories UNDER it. It gets even better by the fact that I’ve walked over 14 000 steps today, burning off 377 calories, which puts my total at under 1000 calories for the day!
