Eat ginger for weight loss?!

I’ve just read that eating ginger in all forms boosts your metabolism and aids your digestion – thus helping you lose weight. Guess who’s just bought a jar of pickled ginger from Tesco! According to several sites eating ginger every day will help you lose weight 2-5% faster, plus the effects might be even higher if you take ginger pills that combines the ginger with cayenne, cinnamon, turmeric or garlic and concentrate it down to its essence. Ginger also promotes the production of bile and may stimulate the production of gastric juices, both of which enhance digestion and make more energy available to burn. Ginger may also have anti-inflammatory and cholesterol lowering effects.

This sounds absolutely perfect to me, you can even buy these pills at pharmacies and/or at shops for natural medicines. I’m going in to town tomorrow to find it!

Has anyone got any experience with ginger pills and/or any other pills, then please let me know in the comment section.
